Reset my password

Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, and we'll email you a link to choose a new one.

1. Tap Forgot password?
2. Type your email and tap Send reset link. The page says "Check your email."
3. Open the email and tap the link.
4. Type a new password and tap Set new password. You're signed in on that device and signed out everywhere else.

Password rules

• At least 12 characters, and at most 72.
• Not based on your email or name.
• Not one that has shown up in a data breach.
• Not one you've used for this account before.

The email didn't come

• Check spam and promotions.
• Make sure you typed the email you signed up with. For privacy, the screen looks the same whether or not that address has an account.

"This link is invalid or has expired."

Links work once and only for a short time. Tap Send me a new link.

You sign in with Apple or Google

You don't have a password with us. Use Continue with Apple or Continue with Google instead.
