Should I dispute the charge with my bank?

Please talk to the organizer or us first. A dispute is slower than asking, and it cancels your tickets.

What happens when you dispute

  • Your bank takes the money back from the organizer while it reviews the case.
  • Once the bank opens the chargeback, the disputed tickets stop working at the door. A question from your bank that isn't yet a chargeback changes nothing on its own. The tickets stop working only if the bank takes the money back.
  • The organizer can send the bank evidence, such as your order and whether you came in.
  • The bank decides. That usually takes weeks.

When a dispute is right

If your card was used without your permission, call your bank. That's fraud, and your bank is the right place to report it.
