Can I get a refund?

Refunds are up to the organizer. Their refund policy is on the event page, under Refunds. Check it before you buy. To ask for a refund, contact the organizer.

When the organizer refunds you, you get the ticket price back to the card you paid with. The service fee isn't refunded. The line under your total at checkout says: "Service fee is non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled or postponed more than 6 months."

When the service fee is refunded

  • The event is cancelled, unless it was cancelled for a cause outside the organizer's control. See The event was cancelled or moved.
  • The event is moved to a date more than 6 months later than the date was when you bought your ticket. You ask for the fee from your ticket page. See The event was cancelled or moved.
  • We oversold the ticket and never issued it. You're refunded automatically, service fee included. See I was charged but got no ticket.
  • A law where you live requires the fee back. We follow the law.

How long it takes

The refund leaves right away. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days. See How long does a refund take to reach my card?

The organizer won't reply

Email support@daytona-lab.com. We can't issue the refund ourselves, but we can contact the organizer and tell you where it stands.

Tickets someone sent you

Tickets someone transferred to you can't be refunded unless the event is cancelled. If it is, the refund goes to the card of the person who paid.
