My payout is late, missing or held back. What do I do?

Stripe can hold money back

Stripe can keep part of your money until your event has happened. This is called a reserve. Stripe decides it, not us, and we can't lift it. Your Stripe dashboard shows any reserve and when it's due to be released.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds come out of your Stripe balance. If the balance is short, Stripe takes the difference from your next payouts, so a payout can be smaller than your sales.

Still stuck

Open your Stripe dashboard with Open Stripe ↗ and check the payout there. For a failed payout, tap Contact support on the Money page, or email support@daytona-lab.com with your organization name and the payout date.
