Where can I see my sales and payout reports?
Sales are in Analytics and Orders. Payouts are in Money. Each can be downloaded as a CSV file that opens in any spreadsheet.

Analytics also has a Sales breakdown: Sales, before refunds, Refunds, Net sales, Fees fans paid on top and Free tickets given.
Sales figures are ticket prices, which is what you receive. Net sales is after refunds. Our service fee is shown on its own line, as what fans paid on top.
If a figure shows See in Stripe, we couldn't read it just now. Tap it to see it in your Stripe dashboard, which has the full record of every payment, fee and payout.
Door staff can't see sales or payouts. Owners and admins can.
